I've been in management long enough to recognize that business as usual eventually leads to a dead end. No matter what business you're in, what product you sell, or what service you provide, consistently making business decisions based on incremental improvements to your core product will consistently result in your business being dethroned by an incumbent.

How does a business sustain innovation? How does a business embrace change? How does a business ensure that good management decisions don't eventually lead to it's undoing? It's going to take Management 2.0

What is Management 2.0?  Management 2.0 is the name given to certain management practices derived from the creation of collaborative internet tools (i.e. blogs, wikis, etc.). Most current organizations have management behaviors that have been developed under a non collaborative and usually hierarchical environment, and now are affected with new technologies and collaboration habits that while improving performance, represents a significant challenge for those familiar and comfortable with organizational boundaries and report chains.
